I actually think that Medaka could copy Othinus, given that she copied All-Fiction along with several of Najimi's God-Mode powers, but Othinus would likely react far swifter than Medaka could do so.

Yeah pretty much it's a battle of haxxes so can't tell .Medaka can edge her out in certain things regardless but Othinus can as well.

I dunno. If Medaka got the chance to copy Othinus, she would have all of her opponent's abilities on top of All-Fiction and a few hundred of Najimi's. That would likely be hard for Othinus to deal with.

Medaka's The End has limits; she couldn't use it to copy Styles, which are not inborn abilities like Abnormalities and Minus and have to be learned, and Iihiko's power. Thus she might not be able to copy Othinus' Magic God powers, which require both a previous mastery of magic she lacks and a special body born of a ritual Medaka wouldn't know how to do. Even if she could copy them it would be the 50/50 version since she wouldn't have Gungnir to control the endless possibilities, she wouldn't be a match for Othinus.
The skills she learned from Ajimu seem to mostly have been used for the "page filled of text" gag, as there are several of them that could have been used to deal with the moon problem at the end of series without that much drama. Othinus would have just glared at the falling moon and instantly put it back into its original position with a thought. Othinus could also probably replicate almost all of Ajimu's skills already, so no problem on that front.
Othinus has several ways to deal with Medaka, from erasing her from existence to brainwashing her and making her commit suicide, going back in time and killing her when she's a baby, etc. Her control over the living and dead would be able to prevent Medaka from respawning using All Fiction if she doesn't simply erase the ability or Medaka with her powers.
Edit: Just realized something that makes All Fiction even more useless againts Othinus. Both Medaka and Kumagawa lost their skills (including All Fiction) when the Nursery Rhyme Style user made them younger past the point in time they gained the abilities. Othinus controls time, she just needs to turn Medaka into a kid like the Style user did and no more All Fiction or any of the skills she copìed in the manga.
To sum up: Othinus wins this really easily, since she's basically an Ajimu who actually did some of the stuff she claimed to be able to do, and the story basically recognizes than Medaka wouldn only win againts Ajimu because of her status of main character in the plot, which isn't going to help her here.
