Standard Battle Assumptions uses strongest version of the characters. Beast one shots with Moon Level AP.


Even if you set it to High 6-A versions used, The Beast still omegahaxes him out with matter manipulation.
 
Enlighten me on what exactly it does, and whether or not it works on intangibility
 
It uses his black holes to suck in matter and break it down for his own use. Captian Planet has never really used Trasmutation on an opponent, meanwhile The Beast is a rampaging monster that destroys everything in sight.
 
He doesn't use it on opponents because it's specifically only elements.

Which is what The Beast is made of.

I'm not sure pseudo black holes can get through intangibility
 
He only has nigh intangibilty by turning into elements. Matter manipulation would work perfectly against it.


And even if Captian Planet could use transmute, The Beast would still be much more willing to spam his hax. I'd say he wins most situations.
 
Yeah The Beast has this.

TMK Captian Planet usually doesn't have a set character in combat or really lead with a set move, and since he's still biological in nature, the Beast's RSB (Which is in character to lead with) will immediately turn Planets insides into Neuro Electricity resulting in a win.

But I might be wrong about him being biological, so I'll just vote for DMUA's reasons.
 
Captian Planet's.... Form, I guess, isn't really explained. Considering that he's formed when all the elements combined, I've always considered him a construct of sorts, a golem, something not quite organic.

Black holes still work though.
 
Oh okay, yeah Black Holes are kinda required to take him down.

Albeit, it's really in character for him to spam that stuff.
 
The First Spinjitzu Master Haxstomps though. Just like with Clef (When he was High 6-A, possibly 5-B) and Yhwach
