Why does Full Cowl scales from a calc from Deku's Smash WAY before he discovered how to use Full Cowl?

Full Cowl is unknown but has this:

But, shouldn't Full Cowl be "Likely Building level" just by powerscaling? With High 8-C fodders, Deku shouldn't be far below.

"Badly Worded" Yeah, but he has a feat from 100% in his Full Cowl key

Deku's finger flick is 0.0240 tons, so still within Small+ but really, really, really close to Building level. Yeah, that could be it, but that's not full cowl, that's 100% shining finger.

Misread, yeah, that's halfway up Small Building.

Full cowl's feats are still uncalced.

Yeah, but, again, wouldn't just powerscaling put Full Cowl at the 8-C range

Well, considering the amount of 8-C/High 8-C feats for low-mid tier in the beggining of the series, pretty Delu's FC should be in the range

his full cowl should easily be 8-C, considering people like Kaminari are around this level, Deku has shown to be able to somewhat keep up with Bakugou in the latest chapters if this helps.

also the full cowl his using against bakugou is 8 percent, not 5 this time, i would suggest we create another key Deku.
