Omnipotence Over Cosmology

My questions are the following :

If a character is omnipotent over his cosmology, and it's not just a hyperbole or something, he literally is Omnipotent in said verse [not talking about all-in-fiction or something, just in-verse], than what would be the tier of that character if :

The cosmology is Low 2-C

The cosmology is 2-A

The cosmology is a Higher Dimensional one, like 5D, 6D, 7D etc. all the way till 1-B

If it is High 1-B

It is applicable to give a character, that is shown to be the only and true omnipotent being in a verse, +1 transcendence over the cosmology?
I saw this in another wiki, so I was wondering how we use this term here on this wiki.

That was all.

Provable Omnipotence is reality +1D, theoretically allowing for 1-A or higher depending on the context of their transcendence. In all of your examples it would just be one tier higher however.

Than is being stated to be Omnipotent, while proving to be omnipresent and omniscient, and "All-In-One" and "One-In-All" with the cosmology enough to prove the character's omnipotence in-verse?

It might be enough to prove they transcende the cosmology of that particular franchise.
