After checking both profiles I'd say he does. Okarun has (General hand-to-hand combat)Martial Arts and "Above Average" Intelligence, while Buji has Martial Arts(Karate on top of his additional training in Jujutsu High)/Acrobatics/Weapon Mastery and is "Gifted" in combat, so I'd say the latter has the advantage in terms of skill.

He can only use his full power twice before being forced on cooldown. Yuji can just dodge. Okarun is kind of screwed if he accidentally launches himself into a body of water since this is Central Park.
 
The only type of power jumps you can't restrict is forms that the user can't control

Okarun form seems to not be able to be controlled (and he literally needs another person to even be able to fight in this form or he just gets corrupted by the granny spirit) but I don't know what happens in the manga

Also Okaru 9-A+ scaling has no feat unless he is downscaling from 8-C, which means he would be like 8/9 or so times stronger than Yuji with a minor speed boost (that I don't think is enough to speedblitz, so the rule of not speedblitzing if you are slower is not broken) Edit: Both are superhuman, I though Yuji would scale higher

And "Yuji outskills" sure, he outskills someone who just needs to land one attack with a speed boost on you, Yuji is not Garou, he is getting hit and even if he defends himself his body is getting destroyed

And finally, Yuji base vs Okarun base power without getting higher using his power up, Okarun is twice as strong, unless Yuji can exorcise him using cursed energy (and Okarun does not have a resistance despite another Yokai of equal power having it, but I am not a expert in this series yet so be my guess) he is not winning just for skill alone, Okarun can grab him and the fight is over with the massive LS, and also that means that any type of parrying or defense via "skill" shenanigan is worthless

And if Sukuna manifest then ******* GG YUJI

His 9-A+ scales to Momo who is stronger than 3 Serpos so it's at least a 3x boost compared to his base.

He can only use his boost twice and these two attacks are just him launching himself at the enemy. Yuji doesn't need to be as skilled as Garou to dodge a telegraphed bullrush that is only 1.2x faster than him, especially since he's much more agile.

Assuming he's getting grabbed in the first place.
Also now that you mentioned it, wouldn't ghosts be the equivalent of cursed spirits thus making cursed energy effective against them? I'm not sure if the resistance to energy manipulation would be enough to resist it.

Read Okarun vs Evil eye and compared that to the example Yuji`s page have

At this point I would not be surprised if Okarun's page is outdated

For now I leave, if Yuji wins good for him, but half of his skill is not present in the first arc and Okarun also can cut him to pieces at any physical confrontation, Yuji has to literally dodge everything everytime while being twice as weak or 6 times weaker

And Yuji does not even have cursed energy attacks, only a cursed energy knife

Final thing: Don't equalized speed, this is literally completely fair with speed unequalized, Yuji is 16.666m/s (in travel speed it seems?) and Okarun is 22 m/s to 27 m/s in combat speed
 
Yuji also has this: Pain Manipulation & Curse Manipulation (Injuries with cursed energy cause people to be automatically cursed, this creates severe consequences for normal beings, such as extreme pain, weakening of the body, becoming ill, and eventually death. Anyone who is not a sorcerer has 0 tolerance to cursed energy[7]), Mental Manipulation (Prolonged exposure to cursed energy can erode the mind[12][13]). So if he hits Okarun enough times with his cursed dagger the latter will eventually be incapacitated.
 
Okarun being faaar stronger than the normal human should make him resistant to Cursed Energy, just like Toji and Maki.

Guessing "Buji" is Fearsome Womb Arc?, but then "SBA" so strongest Key... tf is happenin lmfao

Nah, their profiles mention that they're resistant specifically due to Heavenly Restriction making them have literally zero cursed energy. Anyone else including normal people has cursed energy no matter how low. If anything, Okarun will have at least some of it since he's literally cursed by a ghost.
 
In Toji and Maki's article, it converts their Heavenly Restriction to Superhuman Physical Characteristics... Nothing in the Cursed Energy Manipulation page either.

Okarun has Superhuman Physical Characteristics as well... so

Even then, all depends on what key Yuji is and how well he utilizes Cursed Energy as well

With SBA, Yuji will be at his strongest with Shinjuku Showdown Arc...

Imma be honest... this seems like a huge stomp for Yuji. He is at least Small Town level with Okarun only being up to Building level... Yuji has all of his Cursed Techniques, Shrine and Blood Manipulation. While Okarun doesn't have anything (I'm certain his page has not been updated yet), but as of me writing this message. Okarun has 0 wincons.

Yuji can percieve the Soul, due to him being a vessel for Sukuna and knows the shape of it and can interact with it. So Okarun's Incorporeality and Invisibility are meaningless
 
Not gonna lie, his Low 7-C key looks like it was implemented a bit too hastily. Even if we assume that this is his Fearsome Womb key, it's apparently going to be upgraded to 8-C anyway.
 
Okarun profile is very outdated. I didn't have time to update it before, but now I have time. I will fix many things later.
