5 Arc troopers with DC-17 blaster pistol and DC-15A blaster rifle

And lastly to keep things interesting, each party are equpped with their jet packs.

this one is extremely close.. im a fan of Halo but i dont know to much about the lore ect but from what i know about the Arc troopers im giving them this by a hair. i believe their superior speed might edge them. 6/10 times

I'm going to have to give this one to the ARC troopers. They're like ODSTs but with better tech and armour, far better physical stats, better training which is on par with what Spartan IIs and IIIs received in terms of brutality (a good fraction of ARC candidates died in training), better in close quarters combat, strategic and tactical acumen which often helped them come out on top in situations where they were outnumbered to a great degree, a squad of them can take down Force Adepts who would curb stomp the greatest Sangheili warriors and Spartans.

I have said before that ODSTs are used to taking down humanoid aliens in the same size range as them with superior tech (f***ing Jackals). But this time, they're up against something completely different altogether. They're up against a squad with tech on the same level as Covenant Spec Ops Lances but with skill sets of the same type as their own developed to a much higher degree. The ODSTs are just outclassed in everything here. They might put up a fight and even kill one or two of the ARCs but I don't see them winning in the end.

I just sort of thought of the idea given that the new ODST profile would play greatily into battles which having a team to work with could overcome worse stats.
