Round 1: Persona Nyarlathotep vs Dark Tower

Round 2: Cthulhu Nyarlathotep (EU feats allowed if needed) vs Dark Tower

Round 3: Demonbane Nyarlathotep vs Dark Tower

R1: Persona Nyar is crap tier by SMT standards. He stops at Mir, possibly even sooner.

R2: Original Nyar stomps everyone with the possible exception of Gan, though with EU feats he probably stomps Gan, too.

R3: Same as before. DMB Nyar stomps everyone with the possible exception of Gan, though if it can use the Clockwork Phantom, it probably stomps Gan, too.

The only reason I'm unsure on Gan is because he's so damn vague.

R1: Nyarlathotep gets wrecked R2: Nyarlathotep clears almost all of Dark Tower and either stalemates beats or loses to Gan. This fight is extremely close. R3: Even Nya weakest avatar could make Dark Tower like cosmological for shots and giggles. Gan is seriously outmatched here.

From what I know Gan just transcend dimensional space while Nyar fodderize people like that on a daily basis so I'd give it to Nyar Mythos too. I guess Demonbane too but I'm not too knowledgable about it. Same for Persona I guess.

It would likely go basic undimensioned beings < GOOs <<< significantly powerful dimensionless beings such as Nodens = Nyar's best seen avatars <<<< true Nyar.

And from what I see, Gan is probably on Basic or GOOs level considereing he is at the bottom line for 1-A (Transcending dimensions). Combined with the fact that Nyar is pretty much unkillable (Type 5 immortality and all) and rip Gan.
