Noriko would be able to take this due to being in a much stronger mental state, AP and massively better speed but since that is equal anyway, but pretty sure Buster Beam could easily penetrate AT Fields.

Well, it seems that the boi has been upgraded but I don't think that changes anything in regards to this match except edit the OP to correspond to his new tier.

Shinji is not an expert pilot by any means nor even likes to pilot, he just goes berserk against his foes unless he is obeying Misato's orders.

Noriko is jst outskilling and if her AP is that muvh higher there is nothing Shinji can do if his AT field does not negate attacks.
