Hiruko (ÕìæþòÖÕæ╝, Hiruko) was the main antagonist of Naruto Shippüden the Movie: The Will of Fire.

Shadow Clone Technique: Hiruko creates tangible "shadow clones" that can fight and use his techniques, but disappear after one strong hit.

Summoning Technique: The Summoning Technique is a space―time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to summon animals or people across long distances instantly.Can summon a a giant beast that is the fusion of three different beasts.It can fly,fire explosive feathers with great accurasy,can shoot fire from its mouth and has two snakes on its tails.

Dark Release (Meito): is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai that can be used to absorb, manipulate, and release chakra taken from an opponent. Hiruko used techniques of this nature through a mark on his left hand. This mark resembles two diamonds, one overlapping the other. Chakra is absorbed through the upper square, while it is released and manipulated through the lower. It is unknown what elements this nature entails.

  • Dark Release Inhaling Maw: This jutsu allows Hiruko to absorb physical energy and chakra of his opponents.After absorbing his targets energy he is able to utilize their jutsus even if it is Keekei Genkai.The energy can be abosrbed by shockwave that he sends,by his left arm and mouth.
  • Dark Release Judgment: Hiruko releases the energy that he absorbed during the fight in the shape of blue flame increasing its potency.
Earth Release (Doto): Is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques and allows the user to manipulate the surrounding earth for offensive and defensive purposes or create it; be it dirt, mud, or rock.

Steel Releas (Koton): A Kekkei Genkai jutsu that allows the users to turn his body into unknown metal like element vastly increasing his durability.

Swift Releas (Koton): A Kekkei Genkai jutsu that allows the user to vastly increase his speed.Requires one hand seal.

Storm Release (Ranto): is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy.

  • Storm Release Secret Technique Demon Dragon Storm: Hiruko creates a massive thunder cloud that absorbs chakra from his opponents and grows in the process.He abosrbs that chakra into himself.
  • Storm Release Thunder Cloud Inner Wave: Hiruko creates a thunder cloud that acts offensively(attacks his opponents with stron beams of lighting.
Raiton (Lighting Release): One of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to generate lightning by increasing the high-frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased the piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness.

  • Chidori (One Thousand Birds): The Chidori is Kakashi Hatake's first original technique. This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target.
Rasengan: A sphere of chakra energy that can create a large explosion and damage the inside of a target. Needs to be within melee range to use it.

  • Big Ball Rasengan: An even larger, more destructive version of the standard Rasengan.

I changed the decription of every jutsu besides "Dark Release (Meito)",other jutsus like Summoning,Shadow clone,Rasengan and chidori were copied from Naruto profiles.Check the profile please and tell me if I missed anything.

I'm seriously pissed with the increasing laziness of users who don't know how to paraphrase.
 
I think I can finish this profile in the evening today (it is 0:12 for me).Also,Ill add more info about his summoning,cause his beast is one the best summonings in Naruto.

I'm deleting the profile and writing it myself if you guys are too lazy to paraphrase everything in it, because I'm sick of people ignoring the anti-plagiarism rule.

I am pretty sure Naruto wiki uses original description of jutsus from different sources.It is hard for me to parathrase cause English is my 3rd language and I dont know it well enough.Also,I dont think it is very polite from you to call others lazy.
 
Plagiarism is lazy and against wiki guidelines. I understand difficulty in paraphrasing but you can always ask for help, which I would be happy to provide.

he also has weather manipulation because he turned the sky black by creating his own cloud which should also give him range on planet level because he said his cloud which turned the sky black would absorb chakra all across the planet

I dont think i did something very wrong?I mean,I didnt creat a profile,i just made a summary and posted it there,also asked for permissions to publish a profile.I didnt publish it yet and wasnt going to publish it before it is Okey.
 
the profile hasnt been published yet thats just a glimpse chill . Haruku also needs barrier creation because it looks like he made one when he absorbed all of narutos giant rasegans and destroyed his clones using chakra
 
Why are people so angry about a profile that has not even been made yet. He posted it here for approval and all we need to do is look at it and see what needs to be done.
 
Right now I am making this profile through source method.I need some good picture of Hiruko and i'll also try to find some gifs of his abilities,or i'll do them by myself.

I don't know where the Naruto wiki gets its information from. But even still you should take the effort to paraphrase so it's clearly not a sloppy cut-and-paste job.
 
Ok,I did paraphrase every jutsu description besides "Dark Releas (Menton)" .I am making the profile through the source method,am I allowed to publish it after i'll finish it?

Dunno, only ever watched a portion of the movie, and it was a long time ago. The wiki lists all the jutsu of the user, so you can check.
 
Also,about Hiruko's tier,shouldnt he and non canon Team 7 be 7-C?Since Naruto was able to tank all of this at the same time and continued fighting like nothing happened, and Hiruko destroyed a large building casually with his aura growing.
 
I don't know where you got that planet range absorbtion range from Astral, as Hiruko only stated that his cumulonimbus cloud expanded infinitely and would destroy the whole are and stuff.
 
The cloud can absorb chakra infinitly(not sure) and will get bigger,I dont know what happens then,maby he will use dark release:judgment to release all that energy at his opponent.
