If Satanael has access to the Testament, he stomps since that gives him access to the abilities of all demon groups and all of his angels. And if he's bloodlusted, he will immediately go for the kill via Astaroth (unlike say, Reinhard who is more interested in enjoying the fight). His durability is way beyond what Mukuro is capable of bypassing, considering that it took nothing less than Lyle's Megiddo of Belial to even harm him (even without his barrier) - and that's already moving up two dimensions (it goes Reality/Earth -> Quintessence/Gaia -> Sin with Sin being the highest - specifically evidenced by the fact that when Lilliel and Astaroth duke it out, Astaroth says that only a concentrated mass of Sin, like something Nacht of Beelzebub could create, can harm her, and later when Astaroth and Judas fight a Nacht-possessed Lyle, Astaroth knowingly makes the mistake of invoking Uriel when again, using Quintessence is useless against beings that are borne of Sin).

Across all of the routes in ParaLost, there are only three things that can harm him. The first is Astaroth, which was his goal (for Ast to kill him using her special ability), the second is Michael (and that only actually kills him because he lets it), and the third is Megiddo of Belial. And the only reason why he loses to Lyle in the first place is because he faffs around for a while trying to get Lyle to give up rather than actually kill him.

My vote goes to Satanael, lord of salt.

Well, it's a bit a short answer but Satanael resist To Conceptual Manipulation? and how fast can he kill before Mukuro Lock GG? With a gesture ?an incantation ? Ect...

If he can't kill her before get locked, she lock I guess

To summary, Mukuro's first move is her Conceptual Sealing, but it requires a Move, now my problem is about Netose, I want to know if he resist Concept hax and what is his first move and how long can he make his move.

nerose simply thinks and the move comes out...he simply sariels and paradoxes her (sariel stops opponents movement stalling it for 3-5 seconds and looks to future only to paradox)

Base Satanael is 3 dimensions above baseline. Mukuro has no ability to affect higher dimensions. Therefore Mukuro can't affect him, even with her conceptual sealing.

Besides, Satanael can predict the future with his Clairvoyance, and immediately blitz with Astaroth. Again, if he has the Testament, he wins and it isn't even close.

Satanael can access the Testament even if he's not in Pandemonium, but the amount of time required to invoke Sin is proportional to the power of said Sin. For example, he can call upon Belial (Flames of Worthlessness) and Beelzebub (Gogmagog) instantly, but calling upon his own Sin (Morningstar) takes an indeterminate amount of time (estimated to be around 1.5 minutes) because of the sheer amount of Sin he is channeling.
