Ludoshel has Extrasensory Perception so he doesn't have to look at it to sense it coming or to react.

I know that Ludoshel's reaction speed is confirmed to be lightning fast.

No, the CRT that is open has already been accepted, all that remains is to apply the changes to the profiles

You're using the statement of the character being SoL to derive a timeframe for the blitz
Which falls under this part of that thread:

Is it okay to convert a stated timeframe to an implied speed, or a stated speed to an implied timeframe?

The time frame used in the calculation is SoL Perception Speed, which is obtained by dividing 1 by the speed of light. In the thread I linked to, there has been a discussion about this and no conclusions have been reached.

We have statment for Ludoshel's light speed so i don't think it would be calc stacking.
