Actually, Budo's High 6-C is 380 gigatons scaling to Shikoutazer, only Esdeath upscales to 550 gigatons.

Nine one shots the man with 7-A durability easily.

Budo is only High 6-C with his trump card, which is his strongest possible attack.

It's not even strong enough to one shot Nine even if he did hit him with it. But that isn't going to happen since Budo is going to get killed by Nine's first attack.

Also noticed that his rating is highly suspicious. He may be upgraded to High 6-C in general or lose his High 6-C rating in the unknown future.
