Zeno could easily erase the entire multiverse if he wished, as stated by Whis, and even proved it correct by simply raising his hand and erasing everything, including Infinite Zamasu, whom shall become one with the universe, and is thus Nigh-Omnipresent. So no doubt he could simply raise his hand and erase Scott, Emil, and BTF.

Last time I checked, Existence Erasure leaves absolutely nothing behind. Regenerationn won't save Scott from that. Mid-Godly isn't High-Godly, which regens after the totality of your existence is erased, alongside the reality that you are present within that exists up to your own dimensional level. Zeno is 2-C, and Scott is a puny Low 2-C, so Zeno is pretty far above Scott.
