New Character Page

I am in the process of writing a character profile for a book series I am currently reading and doesn't yet have any pages on this wiki.

Do I have to request that I create a new page, or just do it?

If the page has justification for the stats and powers , and done correctly ya can go ahead .

Yeah, as long as the page itself has a decent amount of details and properly justified stats, you can just make it yourself if you want.

Might be good to run it by some admins or experienced profile-creators before finalizing it, but it's not mandatory to do so.

If you wish you can add it to a Sandbox or Blog so others can view it and leave feedback. I use my Sandbox for important projects that need planning.
