I don’t think Shaytan’s Chain Spell would be effective because X can teleport out. Shaytan’s Mind Manipulation seems to only work if he touches the person, based on the two scans on his profile. Given that X has prior knowledge of Shaytan’s powers, he theoretically wouldn’t try to come close to him. In fact, he could use illusionary clones to trick Shaytan, while Shaytan could likely manipulate X by using the Necklace of Manipulation. X doesn’t have any true counters to Shaytan’s Transmutation or Power Absorption. X could maybe teleport out of his Transmutation beam. X could say his catchphrase, “I am god,” to stun Shaytan and make him stop chanting, so his Power Absorption won’t work because the word “god” burns him.

Overall, I am leading X for now, but I am going to wait for other people’s opinions

I would say some counters against Shaytan's mind manip, but yea, his mind manip is practically nearing extended melee range even if we hi ball it to nonphysical range.

X is way more versatile and just as likely to use his powers. So I'll count your vote.
