Not much but they should gain some form of Mind Manipulation on the Undead from an ability.

so yeah, I'm not sure if this is passive or active though

It's not altering the mindstates of other Zombies as much as it's just notifying them where to group up.

There's plenty of animals who do this in real life, actually.
