Natsu and Sting vs Issei and Vali

What's honest to God stopping Vali and Issei from rendering most of their attacks moot while mooching off on their energy by Divide and Issei rendering any attempt at a defense null with Penetrate? Not to mention Half Dimension and other goodies from Vali.

But no really, I don't see Natsu and Sting having anything in their Arsenal to deflect even the little wyverns flying about, reflecting attacks all around and maybe even back to them while boosting them and adding penetrate to them, dividing to give power back to the both of them, Reducing them to inflict the poison, half dimensioning them or their attacks.
