This didn't really catch on last time, so I guess I'll try again. 9-B Naruto is being used, Failure Brad is being used. I don't think speed needs to be equalized.

Kid Naruto? Brad wins after quite a long battle, due to Naruto's Regenerationn (Yup, he can heal but it is very slow) and his stamina.

Brad has far more combat experience and has more range (Unless Naruto attempts to summon the frog but he is so gonna run out of Charka after it, so it won't work here at all), Shadow Clones won't work due to Brad being just as fast as Naruto + the clones don't have durability so Brad would just power through them.
