If someone can easily wipe out 4 planets in one blast and their power gets multiplied 10 quintillion times, what tier does it put them?
 
If by "wipe out", you mean vaporization, we multiply this calc by both given values.
62.48 Zettatons x 4 = 249.92 Zettatons, Planet Level
249.92 Zettatons x 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 = 2,499,200,000,000,000,000,000 Zettatons, or 104.5690376569037656903765 PetaFoe, Multi-Solar System Level
