Alita has higher movement speed but Motoko has higher reaction, i'll say Motoko due to being able to easily react to Alita's movement, though any other form above Motorball body stomps Motoko.

true, i purposefully kept her down to the motorball form lol, even in her second weakest form (non civilian), she is like at the very least building level

heck, even in the civilian body, she was able to tear down a relatively big robot, i think her civilian and motorball forms are near equals in power (but motorball is faster)

Yeah her Motorball body is Supersonic which is faster then her civilian body who moves higher than the human eye can percieve, though it's cool that you try to make it a even out fight instead of a full on stomp.

vilma : likely 8-C (possibly high end 8-C)

zekka: possibly 8-A

ido: 9-C

elf and wolf: 8-C each

Yeah i'm down with that Zekka's and Ido's aren't that farfetched with the feats they have shown, though i'm a bit hesitant with Elf and Wolf though and Vilma should be at least High 8-C to low 8-B.

as for elf and zwolf: i think they were based on the TUNED body alita

so i think they should be around the same level (8-C) i think
