Well i realized now Horse Miraculous BFR doesn't really need an hand action to be activated or it is not needed to be based on a projectile check this
so Monarch can BFR him with MFTL+ speed and Universal Range can V1 comeback from Universal Range BFR or can he survive in sun? @Jerry59

The page doesn't seem to indicate it's optional equipment or actively sealed, so the exceptions don't apply
