Basically characters such as Alice can calculate infinite possible futures via turning into The God of Fate (This also include impossible Fates as well. This is already in the profiles)
Alice can also compute All possibilities even if they are improbable going off her IQ section
In Yuusha Gaiden she cannot find a future where Isis or Kuro can have a normal future they desire because their circumstances makes it difficult and pretty much just impossible (more so according to Alice who is capable of the prior feats)
Miyama Kaito can somehow turn this around and cause an improbable scenario where they are saved (fulfilling their wishes in under a year no less). This is very extraordinary dued to how impossible Alice thought these scenarios where prior to Kaito arriving in Trinia to solve all their problems
Kaito's SI can also effect people who did not even exist in the story and are more so just character concepts with their settings written but they never actually appeared in the story. He doesn't even need to physically be there for his stuff to work which is whats being inferred here.
Just calling out to someone he never actually met is enough to get their attention and make them giddy just because... his SI is very good. (This is the Polar Star God being called by him)
World Creators of all sorts in the Countless range adores him only because of his personality and this was the first time they actually cared about something despite being omnipotent and all... (This scene is mainly Tiana talking to Miyama Kaito about their viewpoints and all)
Also continuing this scene.. World Creators like Tiana loves him for those very reasons and its kinda shocking because it happened atleast 170 Billion number of times (potentially more because the word countless is used plenty of times like here. This is basically the number of World Creators in his Fanclub and they each individually blessed him).
Tl;Dr : He should get more exposition on his SI being very insane dued to how it sort of invents and circumvents impossible scenarios as well as another Misc ability because he has received countless blessings from each world creators.
Edit 1 : Kaito's SI has done impossible things such as being 100% compatible with Isis Remnant who drew the worst possible combination in the reading. Kaito also tamed World Ending Threats and made them civiliased. Thinking of him in a positive light will turn you into hsi friend/lover regardless of gender. Kaito's stuff is kind of passive with how it worked on Illness. He also had the fastest time opening rosemary's heart who is normally very shy and takes 2 years to talk to.

Basically Illness who is more or less a puppet in terms if personality fell for kaito at first glace. This is from the intermission chapter in Mainstory 561 iirc
Basically she was reformed by him despite being a troublesome being who devoured 5 Galaxies and threatening the universe and all from chapter 44 of Yuusha Gaiden
Khaos Messiah is your average World Destroying robot that annihilated many stars and caused the death of worlds before... however she was quick to be reformed by Kaito and its attributed to his personality because she doesn't have any issues working under him and even seems to enjoy it - Yuusha Gaiden Chapter 22
Basically being friends with Kaito or seeing him in a slightly favorable light is dangerous as you will either become his friend or his lover and there is no distinction on genders here
