Technological Manipulation: Can interface with things that don't follow the laws of physics

Resistance to Hacking: Can out hack and counter superior machines with sheer willpower.

Either Soul Manipulation or better Possession: Entered Captain Atoms soul

Immortality (Type 6): Can survive in other machines that can hold his mind

Body Control: Can Control pieces of his body independently

Possibly Resistance to Air Manipulation: Thor can't control his tornadoes

Intangibility and Matter Manipulation: Shown here

Resistance to Power Mimicry: Amazo couldn't copy his powers
