His Regeneration justification is currently a bit of a mess.

Regeneration( Mid-Low for combat[42] applications[43], High-Low over time.[44] Low-Mid. (Could fight after both getting his blood turned into Kryptonite, and being impaled by a Kryptonite sword,[45] with the wound quickly healing after the sword's removal)

There’s no reason he should have three different ratings. It should just be Low-Mid via the Kryptonite sword feat.

Matter Manipulation (His heat vision can match absolute zero[46], emit precise doses of microwaves to kill organic Nano-Machines[94], replace the heat of the sun[95], and agitate molecules to cause structures to shatter.[

Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Has survived soul-targeting attacks from Etrigan

Agitating molecules and withstanding Etrigan’s attacks happened Pre-Eradicator Absorption, so his first key should have Matter Manipulation and Resistance to Soul Manipulation.

Also, for some justification for his Superhuman Stamina rating in his first key, it’s stated he can fight for weeks in Superman Vol 2 #5.
