Regarding Abilities

Basically, Bunny's page is missing some abilities based on the powers/weapons she already has on the profile, which are:

• Roppongi Missile: A weak magical guided weapon that chooses its own targets. {Homing Attack}
• Dynamite Body: Can enter dynamite mode, which makes her heavier and raises her durability, fires every weapon twice (in two directions at once, except knifes), except Faust Samurai that just gets more powerful. {Statistics Amplification}
• Raging Bird Kick: A flying kick, during which her leg catches fire. {Minor Fire Manipulation}
• Recall: Use consumes one bunny doll. Redo the past, by respawning in the same room, with the health you had when entering. Activated after death. {Pseudo-Ressurectio}

Regarding Range
Its listed on her profile:

Range: Dozen of meters

However, with Time Stop , her range should be increased to Universal, since it was agreed on a recent CRT that time powers should affect the whole time in the universe by default

The range should be listed separate if anything. Though I'm not sure of every profile has to state it, if it's assumed either way.

Yeah, her range should only be Universal with time powers

From the Time Stop page:

• Unless users are shown or stated to have limits in terms of range, or that their range expands to areas beyond the universe, then their range is assumed to be universal or higher by the virtue of affecting the very flow of time itself, thus all of time in the universe.
