Let's see, Myers has a speed advantage what makes him speedblitz Billy, higher LS (Class 1 > Athletic Human), higher stamina (Superhuman > Peak Human), better range (Extended Melee Range > Standard Melee Range), Billy has the advantage in AP, he's smarter, better at fighting and acrobatic, but honestly, I vote for Myers in this fight.
