Metatron Downgrade

Metatro currently has 5-C because he is vastly stronger than the Archangels, who casually burn planets. While High 6-A is questionable for burning the surface of a planet (unless it completely destroys the crust), 5-C for being stronger than that is absurd. Even if "casual" means only 1/10th of their power, and Metatron is 100x stronger than that, he would still need to be six times stronger to break out of High 6-A. With High 6-A being over 6600x between it and the next Rating, putting Metatron at anything but High 6-A is far too assumptive.
