Metal Man is DISTURBED

Okay, unique advantages for each side.

Metal Man: Electricity Manipulation, Forcefield Creation, Healing, Illusion Creation, Invisibility

The Guy: Explosion Manipulation, Weapon Mastery, physically far stronger

Despite having more abilities, I feel like The Guy takes this one simply due to the physical strength. I'll explain why.

Electricity Manipulation doesn't seem very useful here, and Metal Man only has a single feat of using it, so its limitations are not very clear.

Forcefield Creation is basically necessary just for Metal Man to even survive here, since his base durability is Wall level.

Healing hasn't been demonstrated to work on any serious injuries, just a bruised arm.

Illusion Creation doesn't really help since all it does is make Metal Man look like someone else.

Invisibility is potentially good, but it quickly drains Metal Man's stamina.

However, rather than use any of his abilities, Metal Man is more likely to open up with martial arts, and is especially fond of grappling. This is bad for him, since The Guy has Building class striking strength and class 5 lifting strength, so he easily overpowers Metal Man physically and I believe grappling would likely bypass Metal Man's forcefield, meaning that The Guy can just rip poor Kyle in half.

The Guy takes this one.

I helped EnnardTrap1987 make the Metal Man profile, so I understand the character pretty well.
