Both are power equalised (7-C) because Melia doesn't want to destroy Alcamoth.

Melia has access to the ponspectors + Territorial Rotbart (or other named Gogol in the AoA). Historia has the ability to call upon Ymir + Jaw Titan.

Speed is not equalised. Disqualifying FTL+ speed scaling to Shulk for Melia.

Prep can be considered (premise is that Alcamoth is treated as a diplomatic summit. Tensions break out).

Not going to give personal thoughts until later because I am procrastinating like the dickens rn. Also unless I should plug Ymir in this thread, there's no VS page for Historia, so... what do?
