I'd say Megalodon based on its higher durability.

Yeah, even though Megalodon is supposed to be a little slower then a Great White Shark (according to it's profile), it seems to have greater durability and potentially higher AP, meaning that Megalodon should probs win

Megalodon seems to have a weakness related to stamina, so that could be a problem. But I imagine this would be a quick fight anyway, so Megaldon with high difficulty.
