None of them can be the best coz they lack character.
If it's strenght:
The mathiverse is bigger but is a place and can't realiy fight. And GotM can't affect him at all.
The God of White Light should be on par with the mathiverse, but being actually sentient, but to a place/being who literally defines where logic caps at, things such as battle are only trivial things.
