So Dagger gets upgraded to 8-A from the current 9-B
Scaling
I will explain here how this would work, Dagger has a large history and it might bring scaling problems if people misunderstand.
She doesn't scale to this physically, she is faster than normal but her overall strenght and resistance is "normal" (by heroes standards).
For most of her history her powers revolved around using daggers just like her name suggest, but those daggers aren't actually destructive, it's already on her profile but they have a huge array of effects on them that makes it not possible to scale to anyone, from biological hax to soul to mind manipulation ect. This to say that survive her daggers does not mean they can scale to this calc.
She also was blind for a while and to avoid problems she couldn't use her full power in fear of hitting someone she doesn't want to.
Dagger is currently scaling to 9-B with light manipulation which is the part that is gonna change, none of those feats she currently scales to are in anyway a limit and were done quite casually.
At some point very recently she started using hard light and constructs and those can scale to this because it doesn't really have any inconsistency as it doesn't really scale to anyone.
Concentrated light beams also show destructive power so it can also scale.
For those reasons above this note should be added to her profile.
Now, should Cloak scale? I'm not against it, but I don't think so, while he can somehow absorb her power, he cannot actually use it in any way, actually his darkforce powers don't really have AP offensive moves, he can BFR people or use his cloak to restrain them but that's not AP. His profile is also very bad right now and his LS is absurdly low considering he has much better feats that could easily put him on the same level as Spider people.
In conclusion, no one scales.
Also gonna use the scan of this feat to add on to her stamina, being able to use her powers for 12 hours straight is a lot so upgrading her stamina to
