Also, bring his Lifting Strength from Superhuman to ~Class 100 due to the feats provided, and would it be reasonable to call him an Extraordinary Genius and Nigh-Omniscient inside his own factory? Also mention his resistance to metal and weakness to water.

Fighting Piedmon on even ground would make him stats (Small Planet level and Massively Hypersonic+ with Sub-Relativistic combat speed and reactions) on par with Megas... which may or may not be an outlier.

That's the difference between Moon level and Small Planet level, not Continent level and Small Planet level.

I was about to make a revision thread about this as well, but I got sidetracked...

Anyway, I'd say Andromon could scale up to Moon level. He briefly matched Machinedramon in strength, who IIRC is stronger than Piemon in terms of brute strength and he was able to briefly clash with Piemon as seen in the clip.

On another note, you guys think his debut appearance could be upped to a solid 7-B instead of Low 7-B? He stomped Greymon and Garurumon in single combat, both of which are on the high end of Low 7-B.

Considering that other ultimates were able to hurt Mega's to varying extents, I think Moon level could possibly scale to all of them. Of course, we'd have to put it as a possibility and nothing solid.

They're both Small City level, they scale off of Meramon who can output 5.2 Megatons of energy and Andromon is waaaay stronger than them. Small City level ends at 6.3 Megatons so scaling him to City level doesn't seem like a stretch to me.
