To be honest, Reality Warping + Transmutation + Spatial Portals + Spatial Cutting gives Janemba a massive edge; he can easily redirect attacks, confuse Maji Kayo with his small-particle shifting, or cut through space. This is probably enough to disembody MK and Janemba can use energy attacks to finish off any remains.

Janemba would win Medium Difficulty; Maji Kayo can win through a slight AP advantage although he'd need to catch Janemba off guard to get a shot.

He should (He scales to around Super Saiyan 1 Goku Pre-UIO1 level) so he should scale higher than Fusion Reborn SSJ3 Goku.

True, although do consider that Base Janemba could split his physiology into multiple-selves. Maji Kayo could probably restrain him (like he did to SSJ1 TOP Goku), but I don't see what's stopping Janemba from de-materializing or creating multiple bodies to break out.

Maji also can't restrain him because Toei DBZ/GT has higher LS. Janemba is Class P while Maji is Class T

Oh, I meant that TOP DBS should be massively higher than Toei DBZ at this point, in which this should be an AP stomp, because Janemba isn't that far in 2-C while DBS scaling chain, Maji scales to DBS Anime SSJ1 Goku who should be further into the 2-C chain for DBS

Oh I see what you mean (I agree since DBS is 100% over Toei DBZ.) Would the AP stomp be enough to kill Janemba though? Fusion Reborn Gogeta beat Janemba but used Soul Punisher which has soul destruction/purification. Maji Kayo is 100% stronger but Janemba has a better hax kit. What's your take?

If it isn't a stomp, then Janemba can obviously ki sense (and Maji doesn't have god ki to prevent Janemba from knowing his strength) so Janemba would know how strong Maji is, and he dura negs with dimension slash in character from the Fusion Reborn film so yeah. Janemba FRA
