Does Scrapeface from An Experiment have enough in that video to get himself his own profile? Is there anything stopping him from getting his own profile?

I guess? He stomps ATP and soldats, breaks reality, etc.
Not sure the decree on creating profiles for characters that appeared quickly.
9.5 part 2 is close by so maybe we will have info on the retainer too (headcanon that the retainer is scrape face lol)

Yeah, i liked scrapeface's concept, didn't know if he didn't get enough time to get a profile

I think if the character shows enough feats and relevancy powers in the short time they appeared to justify a profile, it should be fine.

He blows up a building via reality restoration, as well as telekinesis, minor reality warping, flight, and the ability to freeze opponents (via glitching or time freezing them) or phase them into objects. his speed stats wouldn't be impressive: he just kinda floats slowly around, you COULD calc his speed via his short ranged teleport, buyt that's as good as you've got. No lifting feats, no durability feats, as I'm pretty sure that any bullets that were shot at him damaged him.

He is still fast enough to wrestle atps so he would scale to supersonic, and he also got hit by one, he was never shot though.
For lifting strenght, he did throw that atp around easily, and his reality restoration lifted like half the buidling into the air.

If i remember correctly, didn't he blow up the building he was in after he killed himself?

Yeah wee brought it up, it looked like a reality restoration stuff, don't think it would scale to him physically since it was a energy attack done after his body became pure blood and I have no idea how we would word it.
Building level via...dying? Reality restoration?
What would be the justification? (Destroyed a building after dying)?

Also, isn't scrape face a concept? as, hes literally the concept of separating a MC character's hands from their body far enough?
