Lugia vs. Chrom

Lugia is on a higher end of 6-B, iirc
But even if they were on the same level...
Pressure and Recover make it harder for Chrom to take Lugia down (and there's also the boosts from Ancient Power), Chrom will not be able to avoid Swift, Rain Dance will boost Whirlpool and Hydro Pump
and Lugia can just fly up and boost with Calm Mind or by spamming Ancient Power
and there's the fact that Chrom has like....no range
