Low Hyperversal range

Why is "Low Hyperversal" range still a thing?
I believe it should be merge with Hyperversal range like the "Low 1-B" tier merged with "1-B" back in 2018.

The range page is probably just outdated. I'm pretty sure we've deleted Low Hyperversal, so someone should probably change it.

I updated the range page back in February of this year, but I just noticed that Low Hyperversal range still existed.
All that needs to be done is delete Low Hyperversal range and make Hyperversal range 12D+ instead of 13D+

Yeah, It should no longer be a thing if the tier isn't.
