I believe many users give Low-High regen to characters those regen feat are only High-Mid.

"High-Mid: The ability to regenerate from being blown / cut to pieces, or from a small piece of your body, such as your severed head, a single organ, or a finger."

"Low-High: The ability to regenerate from a very small piece of your body, such as a puddle or drop of blood, or even something as small as a single cell."

So, the high-end of High-Mid is a finger and the low-end of Low-High is a puddle of blood. This puddle of blood being singular would mean that it can't be notably bigger than a finger, but many characters with Low-High come back from multiple puddles of blood, each of them being bigger than no only a finger, but a whole hand and more. And this is ignoring the cases where we don't see the full body ending like this, but only those puddles of blood, meaning that parts of the body that aren't just blood could still be left unseen.

The solution would be pretty simple; Modify the Low-High text to something like this: "The ability to regenerate from a very small piece of your body, such as a singular puddle or drop of blood, or even something as small as a single cell."

Maybe even specify the size of the puddle of blood, if necessary.

Fairly sure it's not about size, bit the fact that the physical body is conpletely destroyed except for the fluid on the ground, in which case, the Low-High regen reconstitutes their flesh and bones. Low-High is the gaseous and fluid states and coming back from them, while Mid-High requires a physical piece of their body like a small piece of flesh or something for them to come back

Coming back from a very abundant amount of blood seems less impressive than coming back from a finger. You could even say that in big puddles of blood some body parts around as complex as one finger could have survived inside. But who knows.

I think the puddle comes from the fact that it's a change in matter, ala you're turning something from solid to liquid. Which is more impressive then turning a solid into smaller solids.
