Shouldn't The Hunter(Blood Borne) have his loss from Link removed now that he got buffed from Low4C to High 4C?

Huh? I thought the thread was made when he was low 4C?
EDIT: He was actually. Taking a quote from Howard "Links tier comes from a very very casual 4C who wasn't at full power and Link didn't have any boosts. Hunters tier comes from being vastly vastly superior to a Low 4C, they're easily in the same ballpark."
The Hunter was low 4C in that scenario.

The Hunter has never been Low 4-C, he scales from being vastly vastly superior to a 4-C, not a Low 4-C
