And here's where the fun begins

The simple easy twist strat would be impossible because of Libre's LS advantage, but Toby could still easily lift Libre and slam her into walls, making it extremely difficult to approach him. Teleportation could potentially help with that, but Libre is kinda screwed if Toby decides to use Origins of EXE, making all of his attacks guaranteed hits.
