I mean...you could potentially make an argument that Roman is near Hogan's level, a Logan gave him a damn good run for his money.

Also, Logan has a much more advanced/versatile moveset. Hogan's moveset just has more impact. Logan is also a lot more swift and athletic than Hogan.

Yeah but Logan has never beaten anyone 1on1 on this level, it’s always just been “run for his money”, what says Logan’s gonna snatch a better outcome than he ever has?

That is true, but Hogan has leagues more experience and has faced off against way more foes than Logan, his palette (so to speak) will allow him to counter-act even Logan’s amalgamation of a move-set, while Logan may struggle facing Hogan’s old fashioned style of wrestling which has become an extreme rarity in the modern day
