With gor'shalach, multiuniversal feat at max (2-A). With gorribal only, Multi galaxy level (3-B). However, we don't know why sargeras hasn't been able to just show up on azeroth and stab her already. However, I do think there is a good reason as to why he's taking a while, he's trying to re-create gor'shalach himself, but felfueled. And as we all know, fel is 10x stronger than arcane, in fact it ants arane in general once you think about it. So, maybe someday in the future, we might have to fight sargeras with gor'shalach, who knows. But that's all I got right now

Well in Azeroth, according to the wow wiki, there's a powerful source of energy in it's planet's core called the World-soul. It is said that it has enough energy to create a powerful Titan (And who knows what more it can do) maybe he wants to absorb that.
