I dunno, the fight as of now is speed unequalized Goku Black, who is 3-A across the board and is MFTL+ vs Composite Link who is at least High 4-C and is Relativistic...

Like I said, unequalized, Goku Black sneezes and Link is blitzed.

Equalized, Link has more of a chance due to hax, but Black needs to simply touch Link and he's gone, and remember Black is resistant to time shenanigans so one of Link's main methods of haxstomping isn't helping here...

Er, no, they're not completely interchangeable.

Time Stop is freezing time specifically while Time Manipulation is an umbrella term that can refer to any application of the manipulation of time.

But yeah, best to close this if speed isn't equalized.

Time Manipulation and time stop are exactly the same.

Not really, Time Stop is included in Time Manipulation powers, but it's just a fraction of it. With Time Manipulation you can also slow/speed up time, travel in time and/or reset it as well as predict the future and precognition.

If Black has been shown to be resistant to Time Stop, that doesn't mean he is resistant to other powers originating from Time manipulation.
