I have a question : It's possible to calculate lifting strength via throwing or sending someone flying right ?
If so... how you can calc it?

Thanks buddyYou can calculate the velocity of their initial launch with basic projectile motion calculations. Here’s a calculator for that if you’d prefer, just switch the required parameters to whatever you know. Calculate the KE based on obtained velocity, then divide out the distance force was applied over (For a punch or kick, probably the distance from point of impact to full limb extension. For a throw, probably the distance of the throw wind up.)
