Fight takes place in an abandoned Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital (Walter knows the general lay-out of the hospital)

House has access to his Ruger SP101

Walter has access to his Smith & Wesson Model 442

Both have access to anything they can find within the hospital

Both have no idea where the other is within the Hospital but Walter starts on the first floor well House is in his office

Voting House for superior durability, higher pain tolerance when on Vicodin, and likely being a better shot considering his performance with a bow and paintball gun. If the fight somehow gets down to hand to hand, he's beating the hell out of Walt with the cane and overpowering him with his LS.
