Liberty Prime Ability additions

Liberty Prime is easily one of the strongest Fallout characters and his profile reflects that but it seem to be missing some things.

This is a bit iffy but he may have used it here https://youtu.be/JIhpJKKdjx0 (skip to 2:02) to analysis the composition of the barrier however he doesn't directly state that he is scanning it so I'm a little unsure.

Liberty Prime bringing down a barrier

This is also iffy but in this clip https://youtu.be/y3l6oGGcROA (skip to 5:20) Liberty shows that he can overcharge a photonic resonance barrier. I'm not quite sure what power this requires.
