Leona seems to have the versatility advantage over-all, but Ryumi could possibly become stronger over time via her Reactive Evolution, as well as negate attacks and regenerate from them. Going inconclusive for now.

I'm proabably leaning towards Ryumi due to the fact she is a super genius meaning she should pick up on the fact Leona is stronger than her and with that knowledge she would try and bide time using her regen, power null, fire manipulation and planetary range until her reactive evolution kicks in. But then again Leona seems to have a move with stellar range, I feel like its hard to say for sure but I think Ryumi has a good chance of pulling off this tactic.
