I know both are not very popular or in the same tier but we are talking about the Complete Nightmare (the 7-A). The speed is equalized.

Nightmare: 1

Complete Nightmare is 392 Megatons vs a City level character. Not to mention he has techniques such as Soul Wave and unleashing the Evil Seed. And even if she does take out the host, Nightmare can still possess her and make her a new Nightmare.

This seems a little stompy at a glance.

I don't see this as a stomp since Tsurubami has better hax. I chose her/him because of the at least, 'likely higher'. Considering that he/she can replicate powers and amplify them. But since your vote is Nightmare I would modify the OP. Glad that this isn't ignored.

Tsuru would have to do so before Nightmare uses any of his abilities and there is also the fact that Nightmare one shots Tsuru. Soul Wave and Evil Seed are just icing on the cake. His curses, Duplication and Teleportation help as well.
