Should Kris be upgraded to Low 2-C (via creation only) since they can create Dark Worlds (which seem to basically be their own universes) as we have been shown in the end of the Ch.2 Cutscene that Kris can generate Dark Fountains?

This doesn't work either way, since its already proven that Dark Worlds vary in size, the first one we enter in chapter 1 being far smaller than chapter 2's Dark World.
Chapter 2's Dark World was city sized (atleast) and Chapter 1 seemed half the size
