KN8 Chapter 79 CRT

In this CRT, I would like to propose the following below based on Chapter 79

Memory Manipulation and Technique Mimicry (When wearing a predecessor's Numbers Weapon, users can access their Identified Kaiju's memory of previous wielders. The user can visualize this ghost fighting and performing far better than they could ever do against the opponent, and by emulating their movements, the user's Unleashed Combat Powers will begin to rise in order to catch up to the ghost. This boost enables users such as Kikoru Shinomoiya to catch up to Kaiju No. 15, who could previously consistently outmatch her despite her accelerated development)

This would only be given to Numbers Weapon Users that are confirmed to be using a predecessor's Numbers Weapons, so obviously users like Soshiro, who is the first one to wield Numbers Weapon 10 will not receive this.

This would also apply to Kafka Hibino because in Chapter 66 (at the end), he is shown to have witness a similar ghost to Kikoru.

I actually don't agree with giving the above to anyone but Kikoru currently. Since this is noted as a rare phenomenon, we should only give it characters we explicitly know to possess it. The memory manipulation at least.

Techinque Mimicry is only shown through Kikoru as well, with no cases of such thing being mentioned before hand.

We also don't have enough context on Kafka to say whatever he saw is just like this.

Generally, only Kikoru should be getting these right now.
